Why does Bonitus continue to use such a pathetic service from Pharmacy Direct?
Why does Bonitus continue to use such a pathetic service from Pharmacy Direct? I haven't got my medication since 21 July 2018. I have be in numerous contact with them with no assistance all their staff is just useless. Dispatch department doesn't even bother to phone back. All what they do is just sending proof of delivery which someone signed for it and they can't say who that person is.
This is seriously playing with people's live.
