Why are membership changes so difficult Bonitas?

My wife and I have decided to make some changes to our Bonitas Medical Fund . 1. Terminate the existing fund with myself as main member (via my employer) with my wife and daughter as dependents. 2. Create a new fund with my wife as main member (via her employer) and myself as dependent. 3. Create a new membership with my daughter as main member as she is now too old to be on our medical aid. The required forms were send to Bonitas during December and all we succeeded in doing was create chaos. My daughter was terminated by Bonitas with a day, but three weeks later, she still does not have her own fund and is now, without any form of medical aid. According to my wife's employer they send her application to Bonitas on 20 December. Today, Bonitas stated they have not received anything. Bonitas stated that they will not create a new medical for her while she is on my fund. My employer will not allow me to terminate unless we are on another fund. Why is this so difficult!?
