Who benefits???

Changes to our day to day benefits was amended for 2023 which was suppose to be better for us the members, however our day tot day benefits has been depleted within a couple of months.. We did not experience these issues previous years and I cannot see the benefit for us in these changes. Bonitas receives R11k pm from our family and we have to pay the full amount for medicine which was prescribed by our GP. Please explain who has the benefit!

We are looking at changing our medical aid fund, sick and tired of paying a massive amount every month. I stress everytime one of my family members has a runny nose or cough because I know it will only cost us extra money... It is at a stage that we don't even want to visit the gp when we are sick.... Just to save money.

Again who does this benefit.... We definitely don't benefit from this.
