What is going on!!!!

<p>What on earth are you doing again!!!! I had all different complaints since January this year about your admin staff doing all the time the wrong things. You try fixing one thing and causing more trouble on other things. I got a new e-mail from your people that my wife's Noeleen and daughter's Alyssa's nominated benefeciary doctor has been changed without our permission!!! Me and my wife and my daughter's benenefeciary nominated doctor was and is and still should be Dr. Bekker JB & Associates Medicross Langeberg. Please rectify and come back to me asap.Why and how and what happened???? My membership number is ***.</p>
