WHAT HAS HAPPENED WITH BONITAS CLAIMS

Since Momentum have taken over the administration, claims are a nightmare. Everything is taking so long and nothing is getting resolved. Queries are sent back for re-assessment instead of being assessed properly the first time. Very frustrating experience.
