What happened to bonitas?

I have been with bonitas for a long time now and was happy with everything. Came Covid everything changed! When I was tested positive for covid I expected my medical aid to be there as I was scared for my life...only to find out that I am on my own. Bonitas refused to pay for my covid results and had to buy the medication myself and now I owe every doctor that I consulted on the day. Come this year...I had to go see a heart specialist and authorisation was provided by bonitas and I went to see a specialist only for bonitas to reject the claim! I now owe the specialist R4500. I am in so much debt and still I continue to pay every month until December. When I feel sick I'm scared to go consult as I'm scared I will be in more debt. The reality is that I have a medical aid card but not a medical aid.
