What brilliant service and a brilliant medical aid

Both me and my husband are very young and this is our first medical aid so very thing that needs doing is new to us. I am so happy with my medical aid I can not complain about anything and would recommend this medical aid to anyone who ask's and the level of service Jan has provided us with will help to contract so much more people. We have been assisted twice by him and he is brilliant he is friendly and his knowledge of the products you offer is brilliant. He gave us service with a smile both times and I wouldn't mind taking time off work to be assisted at our branch due to the friendliness. Thank you Bonitas and personally thank you Jan.
