What a useless lifeinsurance

<p>I think the best thing I can do is to warn people not to join Bonitas as a medical aid if you are serious about a healthly lifestyle and piece of mind. I still dont get my chronic medication as it is supposed to be used, the call centre agents are not only arogant but also incompetant I struggle to get back my money of claims for almost a year now. Everytime they wait untill premium is due and if i dont pay as demand that my problem will be solved they use the excuse they cant process any claims if my premium is not paid. Be safe and secure and go to a real medical aid like Discovery. They have similar rates much better serive and great packages and rather pay a claim than reject it cause they know how important you health is.</p>
