What a Medical Scheme

I know this is a pointless place to start and hopefully this comes out to the hand full of competent staff that Bonitas has.

A request was done for the amount of R15525 to be paid from ex gratia for my daughter's Physiotherapy where an amount of R13972.50 was granted and i had to pay the 10%.

This has been an up hill battle with up and down phone call's. where the claim has have been processed then reverse then processed and reversed again. What a joke from the scheme. with this i am requesting a query number for all call that has been done and emails sent to the scheme in this reqards. This will then be escalated to the council of medical scheme as well my lawyers for the stress and distress that the scheme has put my family through.
