I went to the urologist and found out that i have a hernia 2 in fact but going through the process of getting the authorization which took 3 - 4 days as there calls kept dropping, did i finally on the day of the procedure find out that im not covered for the mesh that needed to be put in after the removal of the hernia, and not having the R2400 for it i had to cancel the procedure as Bonitas does not see it as a pmb no matter what pain i an in.

i also have 2 kids which cannot go to a gp even as the funds are depleted, i was previously on the boncap option that never ran out for a simple gp visit but now being on the Primary option which is not cheap we cant go to gp and need to pay cash. Im really disappointed in Bonitas but as they say you get what you paid for.

will wait for the NHI to kick in and cancel lol. one this is for sure i will be cancelling Bonitas in the coming months.
