Waste of time & money

Service delivery is horrible since thus new shift. I've been with the fund for 10 years and now on our 10 year anniversary I experience issues. Their program/ fund is failing. I'm waiting for my baby to be added on medical aid its been almost a month now they aren't responding as to why they haven't added her even after having submitted all documents. They said to send my baby bag which has been coming since April and their customer service channels are not working! All they know is co payments on every claim
