Waste of time and money

This medical aid is making me think I wasted 5 years of my time being with them every time I do research about a hospital and a specialist with the practice number suddenly they just not on the network why would I even waste my money and time to call to ask of the practice number thinking this medical aid will cover my costs but I have been proven wrong all the time and I was telling my friends and family this is the best medical aid now I'm doubtful I can't believe what I thought of this medical aid and what they turned out to be a absolute waste of my time and money.
