Pathetic!!! Bunch of ******* ! !!!Warning to all Bonitas members who think they are covered !!!

My mother died of a grade IV Glioblastoma and Bonitas refused to pay for the Terminal care benefit. We did not even opt to use the oncology benefits for chemo - so we saved them a **** load of money and now they refuse to pay for GP visits worth R1100 and terminal care worth R1700. I have spent more than 7 hours on the phone with them and still no response. Useless!!!! Everytime I call my call gets transfered and dissapear in the void Sherley was supposed to call me back - nothing yet Bonitas has so many different disconnected departments and you are forced to speak to so may different people without any success. I'm so frustrated and now wish to make this public on every single social media platform possible This is a list of phonecalls and still the issue is not resolved !!!
