Wanted to join BONITAS, but no one gets back to us...

I was trying to get medical aid from you guys, as it was said that you guys are the best. Well, more than a week ago I submitted the online application form and got an email back stating that you guys will contact us. A week later I phoned and complained about not hearing anything. The agent said that she can`t find our application form and that she will then send me a new application form... I`m still waiting for that form... If it's so hard just to join, I don`t want to know how hard it`s going to be to get any service from you guys if we were to get in an accident...
