Want to loose your home join Bonitas Medical Scheme

So Boncap Bonitas medical fund could care less if you loose your home due to their inability to look after their Scheme Members , when you sent yor complaints directly to the CEO a consultant phones you to say its no Use informing the CEO as he doesn't take notice of customers or member complaints so he is just there then to fill the schemes pockets is my question number one , then 4 weeks my husband still has no medication for a serious matter they don't pay for the neurologist and they give you a physician of their choice who then refuses to complete necessary forms for the UIF so they and those contracted to them don't care if the scheme member ends op on the street or eats as long as they can fill up their pockets I am at this scheme by force and wanted to leave last year but was told then I pay my own full medical how do these people sleep at night ?? Knowing that they are the cause of other people going hungry or loosing their homes I would like the CEO to answer me on this
