1. I was handed over for collection by Bonitas for an outstanding amount that I was not made aware of, and for which Bonitas never contacted me to try to arrange for payment thereof.<br> 2. The collection agency appointed by Bonitas simply sent me 2 sms's indicating I had to pay an outstanding sum within 48 hours, but when I phoned them for further details could not furnish me with the account information within the 48 hour period required by them for me to settle. (Could not tell me what the amount was, or what the outstanding amount was in lieu of)<br> 3.
