Want Bonitas to pay back my money
Wanted to use my medical aid for tooth removal only for the Dr to tell me its been suspended and opted to pay cash. Contacted the medical aid and sent relevant documents, still today I have not been refunded. Decided to cancel the medical aid and they deducted called them and they still have not refunded my premium
