Waiting periods

Bonitas underwriting refused to waive 3 month waiting period although I substantiated her previous continued membership of other medical aids. Furthermore they charged me for one month late joiner fee and waived only 2 months. There was no reason given for above apart from continuing to say its scheme rules.
