Waiting Payment of Claim

With regards to this issue: ***4<br> A 9 months ago my wife gave birth to my son. To which the hospital asked me to pay for the private ward. I did and put a claim through to get my money back. There was a billing issue when the hospital billed the medical aid.<br> So when I claimed, I was told to get more information from the hospital. Which I did. Since then, there has been a back and forth with me, the hospital and medical aid with regards to this issue. In which I have called the medical aid numerous times only to be given excuses after excuses why its taking so long.<br> <br> Its been more than 9 months now and I have been tired. I have been patient with this. At the end of the day, I paid the hospital, and I claimed back from the medical aid. If there is an issue, then its between the hospital and Bonitas.
