Waiting for feedback

Good Day I have requested on the 30/10/21 approval for an operation we are now at 20/12/21 and the approval has not been approved yet this is my 3 review and each time I write a review it's the only time I get feedback from Bonitas there is less than 3weeks left before I need to have the operation I still need to book my bed for the operation I can't believe it is this difficult for bonitas to resolve this issue I am considering to join new medical aid in the new year
