Very unpleasant service from Bonitas
Very unpleasant service from Bonitas in today's era where things are made easy on our comfort.
But Bonitas refund process is still outdated, you must print and complete forms and submit certified copies including Bank statements or proof of account. I'm not sure which bank still use stamps. I was very disappointed to be told after I have submitted all required documents that they need to be certified.
Upon certifying my id copy, I was told even the proof of account must be certified, how do you certify original documents, as the oath officer, you authenticate it against what because it's a original document? Process not though well in today's era. I mean my account details hasn't changed since I joined the scheme but still had to wait over a month for a refund which can be processed and reflect in my account within 5working today depending on bank difference. I suppose if you change banking details your waiting period is three months before payment is made to you.
I won't available my inner circle to join Bonitas, this service makes you wonder whether at the time of need your request will be processed on time or after the unfortunate circumstance has occurred. Extremely disappointing service from Bonitas in an era where processes should be simple and customer-focused.
Bonitas’ refund process is outdated. You are required to print and complete forms, submit certified copies of documents, including bank statements or proof of account. I’m not even sure which banks still use physical stamps! I was very disappointed to learn—after submitting all the requested documents—that they still needed to be certified.
Even after certifying my ID copy, I was told the proof of account also needed to be certified. But how do you certify an original document? What is the officer authenticating it against if it’s already an original? This process clearly hasn’t been thought through in the context of today’s digital age.
My banking details haven’t changed since I joined the scheme, yet I had to wait over a month for a refund—something that could be processed and reflected in my account within five working days, depending on the bank. Apparently, if you change your banking details, you have to wait three months before any payment is made. That’s unacceptable.
I won’t be recommending Bonitas to anyone in my inner circle. This kind of service makes you question whether, in a real time of need, your claims will be handled promptly or only after the unfortunate circumstances have already passed.
