Very Unhappy

I’ve had a very frustrating experience with Bonitas regarding my savings refund. I submitted all the required documents back in December 2024, and to this day (July 2025), I have not received my refund.

I started following up in early June and was told the turnaround time is 7–14 days. I continued to follow up, only to be told weeks later that my documents were not even on the system.

This level of service is incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. After so many calls and no resolution, I genuinely don’t know what to do next.
