VERY UNHAPPY

My disabled son is with Bonitas Boncap medical aid, i pay his medical aid by EFT every singe month, now we get letters that his member ship has been suspended, after i paid EFT even when he had to go to the dentist we were told by the lady we have to pay cash due to suspensions, both myself and my broker has send *** after *** and no one is coming back to us regarding the mistake from there side,
