Very Poor Service rendered

I have logged a complaint in June 2017 and assumed the problem was resolved. Well this hasn't been solved as yet. Yet again I am being harassed the credit works on behalf of Bonitas. As I have previously mentioned if the people appointed in jobs and doing their jobs correctly they would have solved this a year ago.

Please sort your company's service provider and your staffs. do the reconciliation before contacting clients.

THE MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES
