Very poor service!

On friday the 23rd of July i went to centurion at Afrocentric vaccination center to get my vaccination,as i made a booking via Bonitas and received an sms and email that my booking was for 23July 2021.Upon my arrival the security guard at the gate stopped me and said that the vaccination is finished and that i should make another booking.I demanded to speak to the nurse in charge.A friendly lady spoke to me and told me that they ran out of vaccines,i cant blame her cause she was very professional and trying to help.I left and reported it to Bonitas via email.Up to today no response from them,i drove 72km that day for nothing.How do you make bookings without confirming if there is enough vaccinations for that day?i am very unhappy cause of my time and my petrol and still im not vaccinated as we speak.So what is the next step?I am really unhappy.
