Very poor customer service

Good day I had a very horrible encounter with one of your employees. I work for a doctor and was confirming benefits for a patient. The lady that helped me was very rude. Firstly she was impatient secondly she was yawning in my ear, 3rdly when I asked her name she gave it to me and said do whatever you feel like doing here is my managers email address as well. I told her that she was very rude and don't have the right to speak to anyone in that manner. She said she knows that she is rude so what. She said her name was Anslinn Lawrence
