Very Disappointed!

They pay their network doctors more than their scheme rates and they always encourage their members to use their network doctors so that they can save 25%, but that’s not happening and is not true. When you question them, they tell you that their network doctors have special contracts where they can claim up to 150% of their scheme rates, but they do not disclose this information with their members.
