Very bad service
I queried the joiner penalty that I'm paying and this was the answer: We acknowledge receipt of your query. Please note a late joiner penalty must be payed as long as you still covered on the medical aid. I also asked why the COVID tests were not paid, and still no reply. I really don't understand why we get service like this. But when its comes to joiner penalties and taking their money there is never any problems.

20 Dec 2021, 08:12Today is 20 December with no feedback. Responded to tell me that they don't work on public holidays and my enquiry will be investigated during office hours, but still no reply.
