Very bad service

Bonitas Medical Aid Scheme service is very poor, I ended up cancelling Medical Aid with them because I wasn't happy. I'm now struggling to get my savings refund back and it's been 5 months still nothing.

I've submitted requested documents for about 6 times but no positive feedback, every time I call they tell me that documents are are submitted to finance team for final vetting and it will take 7 to 14 working days. The 14 days is over now they are telling me that they have a backlog.

When following up I always get new reference number which it doesn't help me with anything. I will never advise people to use Bonitas rather go to Discovery I've never experienced such service 😞😞 It's really annoying and I'm crying out for help because I need my money back

I think and feel they're treating me like this because I'm no longer their client hence I'm getting awful service
