Very bad service

<p>We spent time and money going to see a specialist in Bloemfontein from Kathu. The specialist prescribed medication that had to be given in Hospital and said we can do it at our local hospital. After appling for an authorization number 10 days later we were told that Bonitas needs a certain blood test. The question I also have is do the people now at Bonitas question the specialist. A specialist would not prescribe something if it was not nessasary. Still no authorization number and very bad service from the medical aid.</p>
