The matter has not been resolved, a representative has been trying to phone me from unidentified numbers apparently whilr I'm working 2 jobs. I will be driving through to head office on Friday with all my evidence, that I will be printing today to fight this and prove your company wrong in.black.and white. And I will be taking this much further.

I will be coming on Moday, with my mother who will be fighting with you about why my fathers specialist's visit (for his chronic illness) hasn't been paid... this issue of what was processed when and how is soley your company's fault. The doctor processed the claim when I still had benefits. I didn't need a specialist letter, as stated several billion times before. The "glitch" is your systems problem. SUDDENLY using a new excuse about the fact that SUDDENLY it will only be paid if it's maternity related is utter ******* and a feeble excuse. After 2/3months of this nonsense, how do you suddenly find this as an excuse? I constantly have quoted your own words and e-mails, with pictures and my own highliting to show you that your are contradicting yourselves, and at the end of the day, it all reverts back to the fact that both the doctor and I both did our part, there were funds in my day-to-day benefits at that time, and the fact that your company processed this claim and rejected it on the basis of "needing a specialist refererral" is NOT MY NOR THE DOCTORS fault.

AGAIN I state, pay the doctor! Never has the excuse of "maternity related" **** been used in all these months. A gynaecological visit for a pap-smear and check up ONCE per anum is allowed. it is stated so. WITHOUT a referral letter.

EVERYTHING I submit, everything that happens where I have to even go to an emergency room, is a hassle to process IF you ever even process the claims. I basically have been paying nearly everything since February!

My monday visit with my file of evidence, will be unfortunately your last chance to ACTUALLY resolve this issue sensibly, as your company has wasted so much of my vaulable time and energy, further worsening my stress and anxiety levels, which in turn, will inevitably prove to lead to more doctor's and psychological visits. I though you were supposed to HELP people who pay your company for a service? why must I spend my days pointing out your mistakes and contradictions, which constantly point to your company being at fault, and not the Doctor, not I? Will you pay me for this wasted time? or should I sue for damages? without prejudice or judicial consequences, Taryn Drazek

On the date that the Dr rooms submitted the claim, there was still funds available in the day to day benefits. In my previous emails I illustrated this even underlining in colour. And I'm allowed one visit per year to the gynaecologist. Investigate this before regurgitating previously used excuses and bull****. I will take this to court if you want and lay charges against your company and I will sue your company for my lost time and stress of this ****!!sort this out before I make this very ugly for you all and prove your false advertising! Read the entire complaint! All was submitted during the period when I had funds in my day to day benefits. I'm allowed 1 gynaecologist visit per year without a specialust referral, and some idiot in your company processed it as as needing a specialist referral and it was rejected! Obviously if you try reprocess it when I know theres no funds left in my day to day benefits months after, it will reject the claim. Find the idiot/idiots who made the initial ***** up with the claim and make them pay! YOU OWE THE DOCTOR. NOT ME!!! Ally evidence is in order to present to higher authorities. You guys *****ed up with the processing and went against your own scheme rules. Neither the doctor nor I are at fault! Pay her!

Good day, Kindly pay Dr. Mjoli NOW as I have been now taken to the lawyers! You have clearly stated it was your fault, however I must just give up and pay it! YOUR company *****ed up and owe her! NOT me!!!!!!!!!!! I have also had no response from the CMS, so I feel I need to lodge a ******** case of *****/breach of contract against Bonita's, and also for the stress and upheaval you have caused in my life! Please note I will be going to open a case at the police station should this note be resolved, against all parties who have not assisted in paying a gynaecologist for a pap-smear that I AM allowed to have, without referral onelce per annum! I have gone far beyond my responsibilities as a consumer and a medical aid member since the launch of Bonitas years ago!
