Very ********* and Uncaring

I find Bonitas to be a very ********* and uncaring company. They have brokers selling their lies to customers in order to get people to switch. My personal experience: 1. We were promised as a minimum the same chronic benefit as previous med aid, but in reality, they have reduced it- refuse to pay for meds prescribed by my cardiologist. Even to the point of not allowing it on my saving account. 2. I also had a cardiologist visit as part of previous chronic benefit. Now nothing. 3. I am being given medication advice by someone from Bonitas via email, overriding my cardiologist. This just to save them money. 4. At inception, the broker said, sign the application urgently so as to not miss out on the benefits. Can sort out the T&Cs later.

In general your health is of no concern to Bonitas, just your money. You pay the fees to Bonitas and still self-fund your treatment.
