Valid membership number yet Bontias rejects claims.

Bonitas keeps rejecting my doctor visit claims as "membership number invalid" the number is correct and that same membership number is used at pharmacies and the claims are processed without a problem. As a result...I have had to pay for my doctor's visits since May and I am unable to claim from my gap cover as gap cover wants proof Bonitas has rejected this claims. I have contacted the call center where I was refused access to a manager as the agent wasn't assisting me then put on hold for 5mins when she eventually decided to hear my pleas to speak to someone senior only to be told the managers are in a meeting. I was promised by this call agent after I had to run around getting proof from the doctors that my claims were submitted by them the rejections would show on my membership statement which I would receive in the beginning of Nov...statement arrived with no rejections...so I pay medical aid and gap cover monthly but still end up paying for my doctors visits from my pocket due to some system issue that can not be explained.
