Utterly Disgusting and Poor Services!!!!!
There should be an option to rate with Negative star as well, Bonitas is very unprofessional and pathetic medial Aid, they do not pay for anything and everything, my dad has been with them for 2.5 years and not even single time if they have paid in full or half for his chronic medication, blood test nor any day to day basic dentist service!! they charge you over R2000 a month but when it comes for service they don't pay more then R200 worth of medication a month!!! we will be cancelling your service and will be escalating to your EXCO as well as Ombursband to show how you ********** people!!!
