Utterly disgusted by emergency service

If I could share no star, I would have. My grandmother fell in the bathroom on Saturday. We phoned ER24 upon which they ended the call just after picking up. We phoned the medical aid and informed them that we need assistance with my grandma as she fell and hurt her head. After an hour some paramedics arrived at our house, completely unprepared as they came in with no gloves, no equipment to help pick my grandma up. We had to continuously assist them, either with picking her up or running around to the other paramedic in the van at the gate. This was such a disgrace of medical services. I am ashamed to say that they left us disgusted with the service they delivered. Truly a shame that medical aid is so expensive and they are quick to send an account but their response to life or death is sickening.
