Utterley disgusting !!!!
Bonitas has rejected my claim a couple of times, each time for a different reason. Submitted a claim that needed to be paid out of wellness extender benefits and I had to go back and forth to the service provider to correct the invoice and every time someone new works on the case they find a different problem. The call centre is of no help and I have been trying to speak to a manager and am not getting any help. It is utterly disgusting that we have to go back and forth with the same claim. Shame on you Bonitas!!!!
