Uterly desgusted

my husband is in pastuer hospital bloemfontein. Me paying client of bonitas medical aid for many years, after several complaints for bad service in the hospital i decided to take it apon myself to seek a diffrent hospital in wood lands. I requested that my husband be transfurred as i spend a ton of money on medical aid. My request was simply denied without any explanation. And i dont want an explanation i want him to be moved as i cant watch my husband and exept him being treated like that. I will hold bonitas medical aid responsible if anything should happened to him and i will take it further with leagal action. For someone whos been with them since 1993 this is utterly unexceptable.
