Usless Service from Bonitas and Marara Pharmacy

Not surprised that Bonitas has dropped to a 1.2 rating. I have been with Bonitas for 9 years and looking to change that very soon. Bonitas hires unreliable pharmacy dispensary services for chronic meds, and if you dare use a proper pharmacy you are slapped with a surcharge. My current delay with medication with Marara Pharmacy is about to hit 2 weeks. No urgency no care. Sent a script on the 5th October 2026 when I called in today they did not even action the script said it would be 7 working days for it to be reviewed. Sent a script and motivation for medical devices and I have been sent on some unnecessary quest and not getting help from providers as other medical aids simply require a script and a registered PMB condition. Anyone know of a good provider as Bonitas is useless.
