Usless, double debit order, refund and then direct letter I'm in arrears!!!!!!!

You guys are pathetic, you don't know your head from your tail.....I fought with Bonitas for a double debit order that was incorrect. You refunded me after 14 days and now I get served a invoice and a e-mail that I'm in arrears. Really you guys are pathetic and useless. What will happen in a emergancy
