Usless client service
The worst Medical aid that you can choose. They dont allow you to do an authorisation up until a day before the surgery, then they tell you that your hospital that you were at a week prior is not on the network anymore but the same person that tells you that send a list that shows the hospital is on the network. Now that person did not load the authorisation so now we need to wait again for the **** ups to do their work
