Using another member's details to claim from my medical aid + Tax Certificate issues
Bonitas was always a very good medical aid. We have been with them before they were Prosano. But things have changed. Another person's Pathcare blood test cost was deducted from our account and still waiting for it to be reversed! Regarding my Income Tax Certificate queries, I have had no feedback. How can the payments I additionally made that Bonitas did not cover, not add up to the monthly totals. And it differs from the total of each members co-payments? Please help here. I am just waiting
