Useless useless useless!!!

I have never seen such a useless medical aid than Bonitas.<br> I've terminated my employment with my company end December 2014. I've took the time to phone Bonitas to find out what I need to do to stay on the medical aid as an individual member and not part of a company. They told me what document I need to send, the document was provided to them November 2014.<br> Since end of January 2015 I am struggling to get everything sorted out. Every month they terminate my membership then I need to phone them to get reinstated.<br> Last night I received another message that I got terminated. I mean really is it that difficult to load an individual member and deduct the contribution from the bank account monthly.<br>
