USELESS UNHELPFUL MEDICAL AID EVER
the most useless medical aid !!!!!
taken 4 months of trying to get CHRONIC MEDICATION for heart failure approved, emails phone calls, motivation letters by doctors and 4 MONTHS DOWN THE LINE I GET TOLD ... NOT AVAILABLE ON MY SCHEME.... SURELY THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE 1ST THING THAT WAS CHECKED, IT IS LISTED AS A CHRONIC ON YOUR WEBSITE, BUT WHEN IT COMES TO GETTING THE MEDICATION IT IS ALL OF A SUDDEN NOT.... . IF YOU TOLD ME THIS 4 MONTHS AGO AND WHAT SCHEME IT IS AVAILABLE ON .. ... BUT I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW HEART FAILURE IS NOT A CHRONIC ILLNESS... AND ON YOUR PHAMPLET IT IS LISTEN AS A CHRONIC ON MY SCHEME... JUST MORE LIES THAT YOU TELL YOUR CLIENTS....
AND DONT GET BACK TO ME WITH PLEASE GIVE US TIME TO LOOK INTO THIS.. .CAUSE IVE GIVEN YOU 4 MONTHS...
