Useless service
Send an email on Monday, still no reply. Send more emails yesterday and today, still no reply. What sort of service is this??? The query is not rocket science, it is about chronic medicines. Their website says medicine must be on the formulary (useless medicines on formulary anyway) but THERE IS NO LINK for this formulary. So must I now guess??
