Useless service despite of having proof of coverage

Bonitas is pathetic i have send now my 3rd mail i am handed over by the blood tests people because Bonitas does not pay, i have a letter stating i have 18 blood tests a year now they dont pay after i used 7 they don't respond customer service can't help not capable, bonitas does not keep they're promise but they are first inline to take money. Worst parts is non of the email respond non of the people pick up a phone to call me but i am now getting handed over because of the number one medical aid in SA think the mandla commision must investigate Boitas is usless
