Useless Service
<p>When taking over the Liberty Medical Aid members, Bonitas undertook to provide the same cover. However, this is not happening. Everytime a quiry is lodged, the most stupid excuses are lodged to close the quiry, eg saying the information required is not provided, while it is provided in the same email to which they respond.</p> <p> </p> <p>We are now sitting with Ampath threatening to hand over the matter, while the pathetic service by Bonitas continues.</p>
