Useless online profile when not being updated
What is the use of having a profile if Bonitas don't update my benefits and limits regularly. According to my profile I haven't used my GP and specialist benefit but now that I want to use it, it is all of a sudden used even tough it still shows on the Bonitas online profile that I haven't used it
