Useless medical aid

My 2 months old baby had a fall on the 8th of December and had to be taken to the emergency department in which she was admitted, now I am getting calls from ER consulting stating that they have been paid short.and the answer I get from Bonitas is that the reason they have been paid short is that the doctors at the emergency are over charging and they are not contracted to the medical aid. When one has an emergency they go the emergency, now I'm left with paying a bill for an emergency that resulted in admission. Why I am paying this medical aid + 10 000 every month if I have to deal with this
