Useless finance department
I have been trying to request my refund for savings since it has been terminated in December 2024 as they said we wait for 4 months of which I did. I have been calling them being given useless reference numbers and being told it has been escalated to th4 finance team but it just seems finance team does not understand the word escalation and right now im very ****ed as I have patiently waited for May to come. Bonitas please ay my refundASAP
