Useless claim department
I underwent major spinal surgery on 16 April 2026, for which all procedure codes were initially approved under hospital authorisation number ***6 (dated 15 April 2026). However, I have recently been informed that certain codes have not been paid, and as a result, the account is now several months overdue. Dr A Viljoen, neurosurgeon.
